Digital Nature of Content
Purchases are digital and usually delivered instantly. Refunds may be limited once content has been accessed or credits used.
Valid Refund Scenarios
- Duplicate payment: If you are accidently charged mmmore than oncce.
- Technical Error: If you are unable to access purchased content due to issues on our side and we can't resolve it within a reasonable time (typically 7 days)
- Unauthorized Payments: If transaction was made without your knowledge and it is verified.
Refund Process
Email support@phantomreads.shop within 15 days and include:
- Username / Email
- Transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Reason
Not Refundable
- Used credits
- Accessed content
- Late requests
Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in temporary suspension while reviewed.
